Information you send through the contact forms

When you use a contact or appointment form, the site sends your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message by email to Dr. Malahoo’s mailbox, [email protected]. Submissions are used only to reply to you. They are not sold, shared with advertisers or added to any mailing list.

Information collected automatically

The web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and troubleshooting. The site uses Google reCAPTCHA on its forms to block spam; reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The site does not run advertising, analytics or tracking pixels.

Embedded content

Some pages embed videos from YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data when you interact with the embedded content, under the Google Privacy Policy.
